Unable to fulfil your order:
We endeavour to provide accurate information and pricing on our website. We are, however, dependant on suppliers for accurate stock and pricing information. Small Mercies (Pty) Ltd, therefore, reserves the right to cancel any order that the company is unable to fulfil for any reason at the discretion of the company. In the case of the company cancelling an order, you will be notified and an alternative product may be suggested, or a full refund processed.
Defective or Damaged products:
We stand by the quality of our products. If you’ve received a product that has a defect or fault, we will gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you. We will collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Where a replacement product is not available, you will receive a refund or credit.

Receipt of a Product you Didn’t Order:
If you have received a product that you did not order, we’ll arrange to collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible.
Do not remove the product from its original packaging.
